Esraa Elweshahy
Administration Head
Ms. Esraa Elweshahy holds a bachelor degree from the Faculty of Arts – English Section in 2004. She started her career in the education field as a Foundation teacher in an American school for 6 years. Where she discovered her passion for children and education, enriching her knowledge through several studies in positive education and positive discipline.
Ms. Elweshahy Joined Ethos in 2010; she began her journey in Ethos as a Preschool Teacher then Rukan Academic Coordinator then Head of Rukan. Showing a great deal of professionalism and commitment, Ms. Esraa now serves as the Administration Head.
She brings over 10 years of administrative experience; assisting in the development and implementation of the organization’s policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the organization; she also manages all the operations related to the following entities and departments: Rukan Nursery & Preschool, Admission Department, External Communication & Ethos Academy.
Mr. Esraa is a member of the Executive Committee since 2018.
